1. Check References
Thailand is different from our countries, take your time when choosing an agent. Ask around about how serious the company is and make early contact with previous customers of the company to check their credibility.

Buy from a company that offers a full service package for your property when you are not using it. A company that manages and maintains the area where your property is located.

Some areas have bigger potential than others. Buying property in Thailand is a bit like buying in Spain about 30 year ago. Look into the different alternatives and possibilities carefully. |
4. Renting out
Check the possibilities of renting out the property when you are not staying in it. Check that the company is running this in a responsible way.

5. Look outside the tourist traps
Look at the places where Thai people have their holidays, then you can be sure you have found a good place. The price of everything will be so much lower and you won’t meet the boys out on a drinking tour!
