Other Costs

Communal expenses will be THB. 12.5/m2 per month. This will cover the 24 hour guard service, park and swimming pool maintenance,
all gardens and green areas, rubbish collection, Customer Service, massage lady etc.
Costs for water and electricity are variable according to consumption.
Electricity: It’s normal to run the aircon for about 8 hours a day in each bedroom. With a thermally efficient design and 4 bedrooms in use, we estimate an average bill of about THB. 2100 per month. The electricity company makes a minimum charge of THB. 50 per month.
Water: A family of 4 will usually get a bill for about THB. 150 per month. The water company makes a minimum charge each month of THB. 45. Insurance: to be advised.
