The Development
Green Garden Village is an exclusive traditional thai style wooden housing project about 2km from the centre of Cha Am. It sits in a quiet tropical location just 250 metres from the beach.

Other Costs
.
Communal expenses will be THB. 5000 (£72, $125) per month. This will cover the 24 hour guard service, park and swimming pool maintenance,
all gardens and green areas, rubbish collection, Customer Service, massage lady etc.
Costs for water and electricity are variable according to consumption.
Electricity: It’s normal to run the aircon for about 8 hours a day in each bedroom. With a thermally efficient design and 4 bedrooms in use, we estimate an average bill of about THB. 2100 (£30, $52.50) per month. The electricity company makes a minimum charge of £0.70 ($1.30) per month.
Water: A family of 4 will usually get a bill for about £2 ($3.50) per month. The water company makes a minimum charge each month of £0.60 ($1.10). Insurance: to be advised.
INSPECTION We have no organized inspection tours, but we will be able to help out with formalities like airplane tickets, pick-up at the airport, lodging, etc. We hope this prospectus will have increased your awareness of the Cha Am, Hua Hin area and our Cha Am Green Garden Village development.
