The Tropicana Development Cha Am

Tropicana is about 3km from the centre of Cha Am, sitting in a quiet location near the foot of the Phunturat mountain
range. Over a 2 year period we have turned this site into a Tropical Oasis (see below for current site pictures).

Tropicana gives you the option of not only customising the inside of your house with your own personal layouts
and taste, but also the choice of 3 different house types.

The development features a large communal area with a swimming pool, fitness gym, mini mart and coffee
shop to make your time spent here all the more relaxing.

We can provide a range of support staff to look after gardens, pools, laundry, maid and other services to
the high standard we are renowned for at our other developments!
