WHAT THE HOUSE CONTAINS

There are two 110m2 floor plans currently available.

OTHER COSTS

Annual common expenses are estimated at approx. B6000 (£86/$150). This covers sanitation, park and swimming pool maintenance, security services, etc.

Costs for water and electricity are variable according to consumption.

Electricity: It’s normal to run the aircon in both bedrooms for about 8 hours a day. This averages a monthly bill of about B1330 (£19/$33)
per month. The electricity company makes a minimum charge of B50 (£0.70/$1.20) per month.

Water: A family of 4 will usually get a bill for about B150 (£0.60/$1.10) per month. The water company makes a minimum charge each month
of B150 (£2.20/$3.75).

Insurance: A combined home and contents policy will cost approx. B6400 (£91/$160) annually.

We do not arrange organized demonstrations. We do, however, arrange all formalities concerning airplane tickets, pick-up at the airport, etc.
