per person per week. Additional cleaning can be arranged at

will find that all of our rental property is offered in a very high
specification and has air-conditioning in all bedrooms, TV, stereo,
fridge
and a full range of kitchen utensils (unless otherwise stated).
Each
of our developments has a Customer Service Office on site for your
assistance.
All
houses are equipped with a welcoming folder containing practical
information that may be useful to the owner, tenants or guests during
their stay in Cha Am. It contains information on where to eat, bathing,
shopping, sightseeing, taxi, baby-sitting, massage, medical
assistance,
dentist and much more. Inside the folder, there are also order forms
for beverages, cigarettes, bread and cakes and a laundry list.
By
handing these to our office, you will have the goods delivered to
your door at prices usually only achieved by bar and restaurant managers.
