SERVICE AGREEMENT

The service agreement we offer our property owning customers gives them security – as well as an extra source of
income when the house is not being used by the owner. Once a week we inspect the house to ensure everything is in
order. We examine windows, water taps, drainage, look for signs of leakage and so on. We also make sure that all plants
are cared for and given the correct nutrition and water. Should a problem occur, we immediately inform the owner, whereupon we deal with the repairs, all according to the owners’ instructions.

Ants, bugs and insects are common problems in Thailand, especially if a house is left unoccupied for longer periods of time. Most house
owners sign a contract with Rentokil through D.S. Company Ltd to make sure the house is sprayed once a month. One of our employees
will always be present to see to that the job is properly done and to make sure nothing is stolen.


In Thailand, water and electricity bills come in the post on a monthly basis. We look after these payments for our
customers and keep a ledger of accounts.

House owners may want to rent their houses out when they’re not using them. In such cases, our office will serve as
an agent for the tenants. We can also provide cleaning, changing of bedclothes and towels, babysitting, taxi services
and various other tasks. All in all, we will provide tenants with the same level of service they will expect wherever they rent
a house in the world. We work out rental booking lists and in cooperation with the house owner we keep these lists
constantly updated. When we receive a booking through our office, an updated list will promptly be sent to the owner via
e-mail. This will give both parties a full overview on whether the house is occupied or not. Once the rental period is over, we inspect the
house for any damages and put the rent into the owners’ account.

All houses are equipped with a welcoming folder containing practical information that may be useful to the owner, tenants or guests during
their stay in Cha Am. It contains information on where to eat, bathing, shopping, sightseeing, taxi, medical assistance, dentist and much
more. Inside the folder, there are also order forms for beverages, cigarettes, bread and cakes and a laundry list. By handing these to our
office, you will have the goods delivered to your door at prices usually only achieved by bar and restaurant managers.

Whether you arrive in Cha Am as a user of our system or not, you will always be welcome to use our taxi service to

CAR AND MOTORCYCLE HIRE

D.S. Company Ltd has a small fleet of Yamaha Nouvo 125cc motorbikes for hire. These bikes are new,
safe and easy to ride. They are always well maintained. We represent Budget and Avis car rentals. The

At our Customer Service Office, you will find the fastest internet café anywhere in Cha Am. You can use one of our PC’s
or your own laptop (LAN/Ethernet or 802.11b wireless enabled). With a speed of 512 Kbps, surfing on the net goes like
a dream. You can also use our internet phone for making cheap calls to the following countries: Australia, Austria,
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Holland, New Zealand, Norway,
Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Great Britain and the USA.
