4. I am a foreigner and I would like to buy a house in this village. That’s no problem, our lawyers will sort out everything. You own the house and all they need to do is set up a 30 + 30 year lease on the land in your name (see purchase info). You will then have total control over
your property and you can sell it at any time. This is the only 100% safe and legal way.
