Location Location


Cha-Am remains a culturally Thai town sitting in the middle of the Thai Riviera region with Hua Hin to the South and Phetchaburi to the North. Massive investment continues by international resort hotel chains, large domestic corporations and the upper-classes into building tasteful carefully located high quality resorts and hotels. Chaum Haus is neatly positioned in the suburban area of Cha-Am on a quiet Soi off the Krongtean Rd. In the foreground there’s an unspoiled view of the Kao Nang Phanthurat, yet Cha-Am beach is only a leisurely 15 minute bike ride away. Local health-care is just 10 minutes up the road at Cha-Am Municipal Hospital. Chaum Haus has excellent road access. A local airport and large shopping malls are only a 30 minute drive on the Phetchkasem Road. The Southern Highway has recently been upgraded with Bangkok International Airport now only 2 hours by car. Cha-Am has its own station on the main railway line from Bangkok into Malaysia and inter-city buses run hourly on the Phetchkasem Road; about 15 minutes from Chaum Haus.
