Cha-Am remains a culturally Thai town sitting in the middle of the Thai Riviera region with Hua Hin to the South and Phetchaburi to the North. Massive investment continues by international resort hotel chains, large domestic corporations and the upper-classes into building tasteful carefully located high quality resorts and hotels. Chaum Haus is neatly positioned in the suburban area of Cha-Am on a quiet Soi off the Krongtean Rd. In the foreground there’s an unspoiled view of the Kao Nang Phanthurat, yet Cha-Am beach is only a leisurely 15 minute bike ride away. Local health-care is just 10 minutes up the road at Cha-Am Municipal Hospital. Chaum Haus has excellent road access. A local airport and large shopping malls are only a 30 minute drive on the Phetchkasem Road. The Southern Highway has recently been upgraded with Bangkok International Airport now only 2 hours by car. Cha-Am has its own station on the main railway line from Bangkok into Malaysia and inter-city buses run hourly on the Phetchkasem Road; about 15 minutes from Chaum Haus.

Quality 24 hour guards and a manned closed circuit television system (CCTV) ensure your relaxing time here is undisturbed. DS Company Ltd has built a strong reputation for customer service at our other projects in Cha-Am. In conjunction with the developer, Eastern Land Development Company, we will provide a dedicated management office to oversee all security and services which include: House Cleaning, Gardening, Pest Control, Air Conditioning Maintenance, Swimming Pool Maintenance and Insurance Consultation services. Furthermore, to enhance and maintain this project the management will provide the following facilities and services to the common areas: • Whole common area maintenance • Rubbish collection • Garden maintenance • 7 days per week on-site Management and Technician Staff •
